Rand Mueller
(President, CEO and advisor) brings four decades of experience in the automotive and electronics business to his role at Guidepoint. He has started more than a dozen businesses, including Code-Alarm, Inc., a public company that engineered some of the best-known vehicle security/convenience brands - including Code-Alarm® and Chapman® - and that built products for GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan, Honda and other automakers. In 1999, the convergence of the Web, wireless networks and mobile electronics got his entrepreneurial juices flowing again. He stepped aside as chairman and chief executive officer of Code-Alarm in 2000 to become the Company's "chief entrepreneurial officer" and spearhead the development of its telematics solution - which was spun off in 2002 and is sold today as Guidepoint™.

Joe Belz
(Advisor) brings substantial operations experience, particularly the customer service, auto club and response center aspects of Guidepoint's business. Mr. Belz serves on the senior management team of Auto Club of America, a 30-year old auto club with more than 10 million members. Prior to joining ACA, Mr. Belz was involved in residential real estate development in Florida, South Carolina and Texas. Mr. Belz owned his own real estate development company and was a sales, marketing and operations manager for a Fortune 500 company. He was directly involved in the sales, marketing and construction of thousands of homes with annual sales volumes over $30 million. His experience and commitment guarantee the Auto Club of America's success for another quarter of a century and beyond.

Andrew J. Dillon
(Advisor) offers significant management, legal and finance experience to Guidepoint. A Notre Dame graduate with degrees in accounting and law, he has worked in the public and private sectors as an executive, attorney, investment banker and elected official. He served as president of DSC, Ltd. (formerly McLouth Steel), managing director of Wynnchurch Capital Partners, LP an investment management firm and as vice president of GE Capital's Commercial Finance Group. Previously, Mr. Dillon practiced law from at Streich, Lang in Phoenix and Dykema Gossett in Detroit. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dillon worked as a financial analyst for W.R. Grace in New York, N.Y. and as an administrative assistant to Senator William "Bill" Bradley in Washington, D.C. He currently serves as State representative for the 17th District of Michigan.

Brian Edwards
(Vice president and advisor) brings significant marketing, corporate development and entrepreneurial experience to Guidepoint. His resume over the past 20 years includes experience as a working journalist, corporate executive, entrepreneur, business owner and investor-relations consultant to publicly traded and emerging-growth firms. Mr. Edwards co-founded the public and investor relations firm Lambert, Edwards & Associates, Inc. in 1998, after more than a decade as a PR consultant and working journalist for the Chicago Tribune. He has significant experience in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, capital formation, initial public offerings, litigation and crisis management. In addition to his duties with Guidepoint, he is managing partner and founder of edventures, llc, a private investment and management consulting firm with interests in the food, hospitality, automotive, online media and emergency-rescue businesses.

John Jameson
(Advisor) has been the President and CEO of Dealers Resources Inc. since its inception in 1986.  Dealers Resources Inc. provides automobile dealerships with finance and insurance products and is one of the largest agencies of its type in the United States.  Mr. Jameson began his career working for New York Life in 1973.  In 1976 he accepted a supervisor position at The Traveler's Insurance Company.  His introduction to the automobile industry began in 1977 when he worked as a partner at Dealers Financial Services Inc. till 1986 when he started Dealers Resources Inc. on his own.  Mr. Jameson received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University in 1971 and his Masters of Business Administration from Central Michigan University in 1972.

Mike O'Brien
(Advisor) brings more than three decades of experience in the areas of organizational development, business strategy, and mergers and acquisitions for consumer-oriented companies such as Pulte Homes and PepsiCo.  He is also a founding member of Saxon Motorcycles, which builds and distributes a line of semi custom v-twin motorcycles.  Mr. O'Brien received his BA degree from the State University College at Fredonia and his MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  He is a member of University of Detroit's Business Advisory Board, a member of the Detroit Executive Service Corps and Board member for several privately held businesses.

Jeff Fuller
(Advisor) brings significant insight into the car dealer and automotive expeditor businesses to his advisory role with Guidepoint. Mr. Fuller owns and operates Auburn, Mass.-based Micorp, Inc., one of the largest automotive expeditors in New England. Micorp sells to more than 200 automotive dealers throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Prior to starting Micorp, Mr. Fuller worked as an engineer for a robotics application company as well as for Raytheon Corporation, where he designed guidance systems for the Patriot Missile Program and Roadside Launch Stations for the Trac-170 Missile Program. Mr. Fuller holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Jack D. Rutherford
(Advisor) brings substantial knowledge and experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries to Guidepoint. He served as chairman and CEO of several large companies over the years, including International Harvester (Navistar International), Clarion Technologies and his own private holding company, ICM Industries. Mr. Rutherford founded ICM to acquire and turn around companies; over the years, the firm bought 13 companies with total revenues of over $452 million. From 1978 to 1985, Mr. Rutherford served in various executive officer positions at International Harvester (Navistar International), including Vice Chairman from 1984 to 1985 and President and Chief Operating Officer from 1983 to 1984. Prior to joining International Harvester, Mr. Rutherford was employed by Ford Motor Company for 26 years.

Walter Young
(Advisor) brings a broad range of corporate experience, including growth initiatives, M&A and organizational turnarounds, to his advisory/board role at Guidepoint.  Mr. Young served for 13 years as Chairman, CEO and President of Champion Enterprises, the largest manufactured home builder in the U.S.  Prior to joining Champion, he served as a senior-level executive with several companies including Wheelbarator Corp., The Budd Company, The Henley Group and B.F. Goodrich. Mr. Young has completed 23 domestic and international organization turnarounds in a variety of industries (tire, chemical, automotive, foundries, machine tools, manufactured housing) and over 75 successful mergers, acquisitions and divestures.
