They can run but they can't hide!

Car thieves strike every 26 seconds.  That’s 1.2 million vehicles a year!

Now you can offer your customers a solution to protect their vehicle, it’s passengers and their identity…with state-of-the-art GPS technology.  The solution is Guidepoint Systems; for early theft notification, emergency service dispatch and stolen vehicle recovery.

Guidepoint can track your customer's vehicle location, speed and direction anywhere in the U.S., Canada and Mexico – that’s better coverage than other GPS products offer – so thieves won’t be able to ‘get away’ by driving out of metropolitan police coverage areas.

Our early theft alert service notifies them (or you) if the vehicle is moved without authorization, providing for a quicker recovery – typically within 2 hours.  A faster recovery means the vehicle won’t end up at a chop shop and their identity will stay intact.

Join a growing number of new-car dealers nationwide who are taking advantge of increased consumer interest for GPS-based stolen vehicle recovery and driver tracking products.

How the Guidepoint System Works

1. The Vehicle is Stolen

The Guidepoint unit hidden in the vehicle detects any unauthorized movement and transmits an alert to our 24/7/365 Response Center.

2. guidepoint immediately Responds

Specially trained Guidepoint personnel contact you immediately and, if necessary, conference you in with the police to report the theft. This quick notification often results in a faster recovery and less damage.

3. The GPS is Activated

Once the police are notified, Guidepoint activates the GPS unit, which updates vehicle location, speed and direction from satellites developed by the U.S. Department of Defense.

4. The Wireless Network goes to work

Guidepoint tracks the vehicle anywhere in the U.S, Canada or Mexico by communicating with the unit over the nationwide wireless network.

5. the Vehicle is located

The Guidepoint tracking system provides police with real-time information including vehicle location, speed, direction, geographic landmarks, make, model, color, VIN and license plate.

6. police recover and contact you

When police recover the vehicle they contact you directly. Guidepoint has a 99% recovery rate, with most recoveries occuring within 2 hours!
