Premier Account Management Service is a for-fee high-level, detailed service for new and existing Guidepoint customers. With this service, your organization is assigned a Premier Account Representative who is responsible for managing all aspects of your Guideopint operations, as well as interacting with Guidepoint Technical Support as needed. Your Premier Account Representative becomes a part of your daily operations as your single point-of-contact for running and maintaining all Guidepoint services and features as needed, including:
- Reports
- Daily functionality checks (for optimal operation of all installed units)
- Landmarks (including batch uploads)
- Maintenance administration
- Unlimited standard training
