JOB OPPORTUNITY: SALES MANAGER

We need an aggressive leader to help build our inside sales team. Guidepoint is the #1 rated stolen vehicle tracking service in North America. We are a fast-growing company with a rapidly expanding base of consumer and commercial customers. We sell a variety of services including online tracking, safety and convenience services vehicle recovery and fleet management Our inside sales team handles inbound calls from our existing customer base to upsell services.

We are looking for someone to take on a leadership role in this newly created position, based in our Fort Worth office. You'll be amply rewarded if you can help us build our sales team and take our performance to the next level. We need someone who can help us improve our close rate, increase our average dollar per sale, and generate additional revenues from existing customers. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: telemarketing, automotive dealerships, credit/collections, consumer electronics, or consumer services.

OPPORTUNITY: GUIDEPOINT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS

Bright, energetic, good-humored people needed. We are an established company that recently opened a brand, spanking-new inbound call center in Fort Worth (in the TCU area). We are looking for intelligent, articulate people -- not call center drones. Our mission is to provide "insanely great" service to our customers by doing all the little things that make us different from your run-of-the-mill call center operation. The kind of people we're looking to hire will look at this job as either a stepping stone to bigger things or a good part-time gig. We want both types!

The job itself involves taking customer calls, data entry, describing service plans, upgrade selling, providing roadside assistance, helping with billing questions...and more.

We are accepting all resumes but are primarily looking for people to fill 4 to 8 hour shifts during evenings and on weekends. This is NOT a telemarketing job. Our company is called Guidepoint, and we provide services to drivers on the road. With Guidepoint, people can track their vehicle using the internet, get roadside assistance, find hotels and restaurants, obtain driving directions and recover stolen vehicles. Some people compare us to OnStar®, which is a nice compliment, but our service can do more.
