Hello All,

By now, your kids will have no doubt told you how they want to dress for Halloween (or if they are older, what party they want to attend!) But while October might be a scary month for the kids, it doesn't need to be scary for you. At Guidepoint, we are very busy preparing new products and services that will give you more peace of mind than ever before.

In early November, we are heading to Las Vegas for the Specialty Equipment Market Show -- SEMA for short. It's a gathering of companies to showcase their newest automotive products. The show gives us the opportunity to meet retailers from around the country, many of whom you might work with every day in your area. In a way, they are like your ambassadors, in that they tell us what their customers like, don't like, and ask for out of our products and services. Our engineers also like to go to see what new technology is available. This gives us ammunition to go back and implement changes that will make Guidepoint more useful and valuable to you.

Speaking of technology, Guidepoint's Vehicle Locator for Blackberry is now live! Users of the iconic business phones can now use it to locate and track their vehicle from the palm of their hands, any time of day. It's just one more example of how we are continuing to improve our service to you.

And if you're the social sort, we're working on software to make it easy for you to share your location with friends and family using Facebook. Now, when you log into your Guidepoint account, you have the option of sharing any of your location updates by simply clicking the Facebook icon.

So while you're busy this month buying candy and figuring out what monsters, princesses or characters your kids want to be this Halloween, rest assured that we are on the job, ready to provide assistance in an emergency. Just don't ask us to help choose a costume -- we've got our own little ones to get ready!
