You're Talking; We're Listening!

Hello All,

There's that old cliché about treating others the way you want to be treated. It not only applies to personal relations, but to business as well. Speaking of which, I'd like to take a moment to thank you for your business. Thanks for entrusting us to help ensure your safety and security when you're on the road.

If you watch TV, you know that there are several companies out there that promise to do the things we do. We truly believe that Guidepoint is the culmination of us asking ourselves, "What would I want to happen if my vehicle was stolen? What help and reassurance would I need if I—or one of my loved ones—was stuck on the road on dangerous conditions? What kind of relationship would I want to have with the company I was doing business with?"

Our company, its products and services are the direct result of putting ourselves in our customers' places, and I hope it shows. Our U.S.-based call center is available 24 hours a day, staffed by hardworking people in Fort Worth, Texas. We're continually building and researching in order to make our services accessible to you through the wireless devices we all seem to carry our lives on. And of course, we continue to listen to you.

In the coming months we'll be announcing additional enhancements. Our new Website will launch soon, giving you a more user-friendly experience that informs you and lets you access our services more efficiently. We are also looking at new product partnerships that will make more devices you use every day "Guidepoint Ready."
