Our Basic Roadside Assistance Plan is perfect for members who want to hit the road knowing they’re protected in the event something should go wrong. Our 15,000 providers in our dispatch network are always standing by, 24/7/365, ready to help you with everything from tire service, jump starts, fuel & fluid delivery, lockouts and more, anywhere in all of North America!

GUIDEPOINT BASIC ROADSIDE SERVICES INLCUDE:

24-Hour Toll-Free Emergency Roadside Assistance. Available in Canada and the US, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Services are provided up to a benefit limit of $50.00 per occurrence. Sign and Drive assistance provided to covered vehicle for up to the program benefit limit per occurance for the following services hereinafter defined as "Covered Services." For any amount exceeding program benefit limit, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the service provider directly for the additional charges.

1. Towing. When towing is necessary, the Active Customer's disabled Covered Vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified service facility.
2. Battery Service/Vehicle Won't Start. If a battery failure occurs, a jump-start will be applied to start the Active Customer's Covered Vehicle. Towing assistance will be provided if necessary.
3. Flat Tire Assistance. Service consists of the removal of the flat tire of a Covered Vehicle and its replacement with the spare tire. Towing assistance will be provided if necessary.
4. Gasoline, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service. An emergency supply of gasoline, oil, fluid and water will be delivered to any Active Customer in immediate need in a Covered Vehicle. The individual must pay for the costs of the fluids, if any, directly to the provider upon delivery at the disablement location.
5. Lock-out Assistance. If an Active Customer's Keys are locked inside of their Covered Vehicle, the service will provide for assistance in gaining entry to the Active Customer's Covered Vehicle.

GUIDEPOINT PREMIUM ROADSIDE SERVICES INLCUDE:

24-Hour Toll-Free Emergency Roadside Assistance. Available in Canada and the US, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Services are provided up to a benefit limit of $100.00 per occurrence. Sign and Drive assistance provided to covered vehicle for up to the program benefit limit per occurance for the following services hereinafter defined as "Covered Services." For any amount exceeding program benefit limit, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the service provider directly for the additional charges. Guidepoint's Premium Roadside Plan also includes everything from the BASIC plan, PLUS...

1. $1,000 Emergency Travel Expense Reimbursement. Road America provides up to $500.00 in Emergency Travel Expenses if the Covered Vehicle is disabled by collision when the Customer is 100 miles or more from home. Reimbursable charges include lodging, meals, and transportation including airline and car rentals.
2. $500.00 Legal Defense Reimbursement*. If the member is charged with an ordinary traffic violation, Road America will reimburse the member up to $500.00 for attorney fees if the member seeks defense in court. The member may choose their own attorney.
3. $50.00 Ambulance Service Reimbursement*. If the member or the member's spouse is involved in a vehicle accident and needs an ambulance, Road America will reimburse the member up to $50.00 to help defray the cost. The accident must be vehicle related, but is not restricted to the member's vehicle.
4. $1,000 Car Theft Reward. A $1,000 reward will be paid for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone who steals a Covered Vehicle owned by either the member or the member's spouse.
5. Security Credit Card Registration. This valuable service helps protect credit and bank cards. The member would register their cards and if their wallet is ever lost or stolen, Road America will invalidate the old cards and request issuance of new credit cards for the member's convenience.
6. Custom Trip Routing Service. For business or pleasure, Road America offers its members custom trip routing maps. Detailed information is prepared in easy-to-read, easy-to-follow formats by experienced, professional experts and mailed to the member.
7. Recreational Vehicle Rental Savings. Features unique vacations and savings with Cruise America, a nationwide R.V. rental system and dealer. Members will be able to receive valuable discounts when renting from our official R.V. Company.
8. Savings Connection Program. Road America Members save up to 50% on hotel stays through the Connection Program. Members also receive savings for movies, retail shopping, theme parks, and much more using the Road America Savings Connections Website.
